​Hd planning assisted commercial developers NewCrest in securing full planning permission (through a reserved matters application) for a Sainsbury’s convenience store and a range of retail/food units at Berryfields new urban expansion in Aylesbury.

This was a project for 6 dwellings in a Conservation Area. The site had consent for 3 dwellings but with negotiation with the Local Planning Authority we managed to increase this to 6 whilst still protecting the views of the Abbey.
Taylor's road
Stotfold
hd planning successfully obtained outline planning permission for 26 dwellings on the edge of Stotfold in Bedfordshire on land that was classified as lying within the 'open countryside'. The land was then sold to a developer who took the submission through the final planning stages.

Henlow
Hd planning obtained outline planning permission for 9 dwellings on land outside of a defined development boundary. Permission was granted due to the Council having a lack of adequate housing supply.

Hd planning was involved in the whole planning process which included engaging with the local Parish Council.

Hd planning is now promoting phase 2 of the development on land to the rear through the Council’s Local Plan process.

Hd planning secured planning for 9 dwellings on land partially outside the development framework in South Cambridgeshire. Negotiation was required in relation to flooding, drainage, affordable housing and the negotiation of a S106 agreement.
Community consultation with the Parish Council was carried out prior to and during the planning application process.
